    Features:

    ? Dual 32-bit CPUs are highly integrated in the control board to guarantee accurate computing and real-time data processing.

    ? Two CPUs work in master/slave mode. The master CPU processes elevator signals and the slave CPU monitors elevator conditions and provides security protection. The redundancy design implements fault tolerance and secure monitoring, thus improving the system reliability.

    ? The system is compatible to the BL2000 system and supports more functions to make it more intelligent and open, for example, reserved Internet interface, absolute value encoder and built-in expert system for fault self-diagnosis.

    ? The board has a large LCD display that can show Chinese or English menus and monitor the elevator operation curve in real time.

    ? An operator is available for parameter setting and data dumping. The system also supports parameter setting on the board.

    ? The board realizes perfect integration of intelligence, security, and foresight.

The available functions include elevator logic selection, parameter setting, fault diagnosis, internal state observation, and optimization of module combination.     ? It supports a given curve optimization mode for stepless shift and alterable-speed point movement, which greatly improves user experience and elevator operation efficiency. It is also applicable to special elevators that have a large change of inter-floor distance (0.5 – 20+ m).

    ? It has an auto-sensing algorithm to guarantee leveling accuracy. The algorithm helps achieve the required leveling accuracy (< 3 mm) in the process of direct stop.

    ? It has a simple and compact hardware structure, with serial CAN bus, network structure, unique grounding interference evaluation, encoder evaluation, and input interface interference evaluation. All of these ensure that the system operates securely and reliably in any environment.

    ? It has a built-in expert system for automatic fault self-diagnosis. The system can store the information of latest 10 faults and monitor all serial and parallel signals in real time, which improves the efficiency and timeliness of site debugging and maintenance.

    ? It provides multiple functions, such as parallel connection, group control, loading compensation, voice broadcast, IC/ID card management, wired/wireless remote monitoring, and cell monitoring.

    ? It has a universal encoder interface that can be connected with various types of encoders. The interface has no frequency splitting requirement on transducer.
